Juho Sarvikas named CEO and he is appointed to the Board of Directors. Mr. Sarvikas is the former President of North America at Qualcomm.

Warner Bros Discovery (NASDAQ: WBD)

Appoints Anthony Noto and Joseph Levin to the Board of Directors. Mr. Noto is the Chief Executive Officer at SoFi Technologies and Mr. Levin is an Executive Chair of the Board at Angi.
